Find below information on the Click & Collect system at Quay Timber.

 

When Can I Place/Collect My Order

Click & Collect orders can be placed and collected Monday-Saturday. Orders are to be collected from Quay Timber in line with our opening hours.

  • Click & Collect orders will be held for 48 hours after your order is ready to collect.
  • There is no minimum spend on Click & collect orders.

You must have received confirmation that your order is ready (this will be via text or email) before visiting the yard.

Quay Timber Opening Hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
  • Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
  • Sunday: Closed

Please note that our gates close 15 minutes before closing time.

 

Once You’ve Placed Your Order

You will receive a text (or email) to let you know once your order is ready for collection. Do not come to collect your order without receiving this confirmation, as we require the order number from the confirmation, and your goods may not be ready. Click & Collect orders will be held for 48 hours after your order is ready to collect.

For orders placed before 12:00pm, collection of your Click & Collect order will usually be available the next working day. For orders placed after 12:00pm, your Click & collect order will usually be available within 2 working days. Occasionally this could take a little longer, so please ensure that you have received confirmation that your order is ready before visiting Quay Timber to collect.

Busy Periods

During busy times we may not be able to have your Click & Collect order ready within 1 working day, particularly if the order is placed outside our store trading hours. To avoid an unnecessary journey or long wait at the yard, please wait for your confirmation that your order is ready to collect.


What Do I Need to Bring with Me?

Head to the shop at Quay Timber and show your proof of purchase.

You are required to show proof of purchase and may also be required to show a valid photo ID when collecting your order.

Proof of Purchase counts as the following:

  • Your order confirmation text (or email), on your phone or printed out.

We can't release your order without verifying your proof of purchase.

 

Can Someone Collect an Order on My Behalf?

We’re happy for someone else to collect your order, but to protect you from fraud, the person you’ve nominated must present a copy of the order confirmation email and we may also request their own photo ID (passport or photo driver’s licence).

 

Can I Change/Cancel my Click & Collect Order?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel your Click & Collect order, however, if you don’t collect your order within 48 hours of your order being ready to collect, we’ll automatically return it and call you to process a refund. Please note that there is no minimum spend for Click & Collect orders.
